FAQMetro area pick up and delivery base rate is a $20.00 fee - this may vary depending on the location and will be confirmed before pick up.
A day for pick can be confirmed but not always a time. Rugs are picked up between 8am & 6pm on the day you choose. If you are not going to be home please leave your rug in a safe space, out of the weather for our Technician to retrieve. Please leave details of the rug location in your booking. Rug cleaning price is $18.50 per square meter. The square meter figure is calculated by multiplying the length x width of your rug. There is also an option on our booking form to load a photo of your rug or a care tag sometimes located on the reverse of the rug so that we can verify the size and price for you. Heavily soiled rugs that require bathing or treatment for odour neutralisation are calculated at $20 - $30.00 per square meter. Rugs currently have a 3-5 day turn around time, this can vary depending on the time of the year. We can often accommodate tighter deadlines (drying time dependent) so don't hesitate to ask us! |
